They've sent me a form to review the item I ordered as a Xmas present - well they did ask...
Firstly they should have ensured that I ACTUALLY received it before Xmas. How embarrassing do you think it is when somebody gives YOU a present and you have to tell them "well yours didn't arrive..it's still in the post" even though I ordered it 10 days before Xmas, asked for reassurance that it would arrive in time and was sent 3, yes 3, emails telling me not to worry it'll definitely be with me for Xmas.
Poor service and lies...what less can you ask for?? I won't be giving them my money next year.
