The service is good and the system works but it has its flaws, so make sure you are set up correctly from the beginning. make sure your cameras work and make sure to sit the exam in the day during normal working hours so if anything goes wrong you can call and get help with the exam. clear your settings give all permissions and it should work ok. the team here do have a really fast turnaround time which is genuinely really great.
