Training was well done although it would have been better for test questions to have reflected the phrasing and structure of actual questions.
Disappointing that the certificate takes between "5 and 10 working days” to arrive - no mention of that on the site - there should be a way to expedite that as many people will beed to get their applications in ASAP.
