I ordered a cardigan in June this year which was delivered promptly was beautiful but didn’t fit.
I started a return immediately after delivery but their returns site was experiencing problems.
After a minimum of ten telephone calls and several emails their returns site was reinstated.
I returned first week in august and was notified bt the carrier on the 23rd that the item had been returned to PC
I mailed Peruvian collection on sept 13th to enquire about my refund, 22 days after delivery. Yesterday I heard back to say my refund was processed and should appear in my account.
An estimated 3 months to order return and be refunded! Note! Refund happened after my email and over 3 weeks since they had received the returned item.
Hours wasted very frustrating, won’t be revisiting however wonderful the items look.
