--Two of three items I ordered did not arrive, though I was billed for them. After 3 phone conversations I still do not have a refund for items that quite clearly were lost by the USPS. If this is not resolved I will have to dispute the credit card charges, which have already been paid.
--After placing the order I called for an explanation of an outrageous billing system that I still do not understand.
--1-2 years ago they stopped including customer reviews on the revamped website, I suspect because there had been frequent complaints about unreliable sizing, color issues, etc.
I will never order from Peruvian Connection again.
