Returned $549.08 of merchandise to them, mailed on 6/4/2025. This is their response today..."Regretfully, your return has not yet been fully processed due to a transition to a new software system. We sincerely apologize for this delay and inconvenience it has caused. We are hoping to be able to start processing returns as soon as possible.
