If you had a return and Peruvian Connections is not refunding your money, dispute the charge with your credit card company.
If you have saved documentation and communications concerning your return, the credit card company will refund your money. They will immediately credit your account while investigating the dispute. It will then take a few weeks for them to research and finalize it. Mine was resolved in 2 weeks. I received the full $750 refund for 2 separate returns, simple process.
