No order received after order placed and with vet prescription for over 7 days ago!
This is very poor customer service, no email saying order is going to be delayed. why did I have to ring them , wait on the line for over 15 mins and then have them post it 1st class ?
This wouldn’t happen if the vet practices didn’t charge 70 percent more than resorting online.
