Do not buy from this company, Their service and customer service is absolutely appalling. I ordered Nexgard Spectra - 2 prescriptions for 2 different sized dogs. As I had previously ordered from another company - there was a small error with the weight of one dog on the prescription - but had cancelled that order as I could not get hold of the company by phone - and reordered from Petdrugsonline. I had a very curt and insulting email from Petdrugsonline saying that I had issued multiple orders and therefore misused the prescripition and that they were going to "pass on evidence of prescription misuse to our regulatory authority, the Veterinary Medicines ". They did not bother to contact me to find out the reason for ordering from them. They do not answer the phone, even though I have tried to contact them. To date, I have had no reply to an email. Do not use this company. I have realised that practically all of their reviews are one or two stars. This says it all. In a day and age when so many companies are striving for business, it seems to me that Petdrugsonline do not need the business and do not care about any potential customers.

Absolutely awful, needed medication ,offered 4 day turnaround, nothing, took money from my account, but still did not send medication, 10 days later, too late, do not use.

I ordered heart medicine for my dog She as heart valve problem need every day or she die told them I have 8 days left they told me no problem you will receive it in about 4 days so 4 days later nothing I call and call because they never pick-up finally pick-up and I ask for my order it was not ship my order was not ready and they told me that they prioritize tick and flea ask for a refund to go to my pharmacy all this to save 10$ they are faster to take your money than shipping your order prioritize tick and flea before heart medicine that is $!@$#@ avoid that place if you live in Toronto go to Canadian Compounding Pharmacy2920 Bloor St W, Etobicoke, ON M8X 1B6(416) 239-3566 really good service and you get it right away not in 3 months

If I could put less than one star I would - very poor service - paid for courier service and because they were slow to update an order, didn't process until Friday - so delivery was not until the following Monday!! They were happy to take the money, response from customer service to my complaint was poor and quite patronising.

I placed an order via email on 01/09/23. When I called on 8th to enquire Esther was able to tell me I had ticked/ordered Meloxicam not Loxicom. Now this company say they are all for helping you and your pets but they do no phone to check. The fact it is my fault I accept, but if a pharmacist asked me what I wanted and I said “paracetamol “ but the script said “aspirin” SURELY they prescribe aspirin. The vet’s order is what matters not my tick in a box. I was advised they cannot call customers. They can if you place a “call back” while waiting in their queue! Now my dog has had no medication. He is 16 blind, deaf and paces around constantly day and night as he cannot get comfortable. I feel awful and and this company who claims to “care” dont! Off to check emails and spam.

Avoid this company. I bought medicine for my dog from them. Supposedly, the courier left the parcel unattended outside the building but I never receive it. When I contacted Pet Drugs Online, they were less than helpful. Refused to take any accountability. In their minds, outside a building, exposure to the elements, animals or even people is a delivery. Anyone, with less than half a brain would understand that it is not a delivery if it's not delivered, not pet drugs online, though. After a week of back-and-forth emails, I escalated my claim to PayPal. Hopefully, the associates at PayPal understand the consumer's rights and will refund me. At this point it's not about the money anymore, it's about the principle and the lack of accountability from Pets Drugs Online. Don't expect decent customer service from this company if you buy from them.

Appalling customer service. And I will to resolve issues once you have made your purchase. I bought a flea and tic collar which not deliver the results as promised and they were no help whatsoever as I had not kept the outer packaging. Absolute disgrace.

They will take your money, not deliver your item, keep you waiting on the phone for hours and then cross-question and patronise you as though you are the problem and not them! All the while keeping tight hold of your money... Also their Feefo reviews are fake as if you try to leave one on there, you can't. Avoid!!

Useless unhelpful staff when you finally get through. Could not explain why the finance depth said I hadn't paid when I had. And no-one bothered to tell my order for insulin was not coming.Could not explain why I'd received an email....a glitch in the system. Have had warm insulin delivered. Late deliveries and wrong deliveries. I am elderly with a diabetic assistance dog and petdrugsoline have had me I tears on several occasions

Paid for next day delivery but this not what happened, I tried to cancel the order and order again which I was going to pay for again. I wanted to refuse the package when it shows up but Sarah told me I could not. I spoke to Amanda the manager and after the liars that she spoke just slammed the phone down on me.

Late delivery of insulin. Refusing to refund me now that’s it’s eventually turned up even though I do not believe it is safe to use and I had to make 40 mile trip to vets for some. Horrible customer service - they speak to you like you’re stupid. They want to me send it back at my cost and inconvenience so they can sell it on to an innocent, unsuspecting customer not knowing how it’s been stored in the meantime. Appalling service.

Utter shambles of a company : i ordered 2 products last wed for my 23yr old cat: i needed these ASAP therefore paid for 1st class tracked delivery . Sunday still no despatch email ; Rang them Tuesday too be told it would be sent out 'today ' and received ' tomorrow' 6 days before it got despatched : utterly unforgivable when you need these products ASAP . Will never use these fools again and will deter anyone else too as well .

Very slow dispatch. When the order finally turned up one of the items was extremely short dated. Phoned customer service, very unhelpful. Spoke with a so-called supervisor who sounded about 12, arrogant and off-hand. Would only refund if I returned at my own expense. Never replied to the email I sent to complain, would only reply publicly on TP. Have used this Company before, they have always been slow with dispatch; but you only really find the true worth of a Company if you have the need to contact them - and after this experience would never, ever use again.

I ordered vital medication for my dog over a week ago and so far nothing has been delivered. Paid for next day courier delivery. When I emailed them to find out what had happened to my order I received an automated reply stating that they would reply within 2 working days. My order was 2 weeks late last time due to "problems with the supplier". The medication is vital and I have had to get a limited supply at extortionate cost from my local vet. Utterly incompetent and downright dangerous. My dogs life has been seriously compromised by this appalling company

Been trying to get someone to respond for nearly 2 weeks now to return a tick and flea collar that has serious bad reviews online for harming dogs and people yet no responses to my emails. Won't be using site again now.

Dog sat for my partner who forgot to give me steroid tablets for one of the dogs before she left for the US. Got a prescription from the vet so I could get some posted as live quite a way from her vets. Local vets were out of stock so I ordered via pet drug online. Attached the prescription and paid for same day courier. It took nearly two days for them to email me to say the prescription was for the drug itself and not the band name they stock. It is the same drug and states the name of the drug on the pic on their website! Rather than argue I got another prescription issued and sent it straight through. Despite having paid three days prior they wouldn't rush the delivery and so it would have to wait until Monday. After several days of the dog going without meds I drove around until I found a vet who could fulfil the script, at 10 times the cost of what I'd paid pet drugs online. Tried to cancel my order only to be told it was in process and would be dispatched first thing Monday. It's now lunch time Tuesday so I've spent 30 mins on hold to be told they hadn't posted it after all and I was able to cancel the order. If this wasn't medication this level of customer service would be acceptable, but they are making promises they have no intention of keeping, which could harm our pets. Will never use again.

I have used this company many times before and not had a problem. This time however has been a disaster. They have had my vets prescription, obviously taken the money and still the order has not been dispatched. This is totally unacceptable my dog is now out of her painkillers which will result in me going to the vet and pay their prices after paying £30.00 for written prescriptions from them. I have phoned PDOL and just told they were having warehouse problems. Again unacceptable as no communication from them. At the time of this review the order still says processing. Beyond a joke. I will not be using them again.

I was disgusted by our treatment by Pet Drugs Online and the complete lack of care and responsibility taken by this company in supplying drugs for a dog with heart failure. They were only concerned with getting home on a Friday evening when I found that one of her drugs had completely run out and that despite patiently waiting for 12 days that they were not prepared to post then by Royal Mails Guaranteed Next Day delivery. Instead they said they couldn’t send until Monday and then couldn’t use an overnight service. My dog may well have died before they reached us and neither Alice nor her Supervisor Billy were prepared to help by posting them personally for us. I would think really carefully before you consider using Pet Drugs Online, look for someone who genuinely cares about your pet first. These people don’t.
