I placed an order via email on 01/09/23. When I called on 8th to enquire Esther was able to tell me I had ticked/ordered Meloxicam not Loxicom. Now this company say they are all for helping you and your pets but they do no phone to check. The fact it is my fault I accept, but if a pharmacist asked me what I wanted and I said “paracetamol “ but the script said “aspirin” SURELY they prescribe aspirin. The vet’s order is what matters not my tick in a box. I was advised they cannot call customers. They can if you place a “call back” while waiting in their queue! Now my dog has had no medication. He is 16 blind, deaf and paces around constantly day and night as he cannot get comfortable. I feel awful and and this company who claims to “care” dont! Off to check emails and spam.

Pet Drugs Online are happy to take your money and not contact you if there is error on your prescription. They did contact me initially however apparently the prescription was wrong again, not my doing, and they did not contact me the second time. How am I supposed to know if Pet Drugs Online don’t tell me! Left me chasing Pet Drugs Online only to receive poor customer service from ‘Georgia’ as she talked over me, didn’t offer any form of apology and promised a call back from her supervisor that never happened. If my telephone experience was better or if a supervisor called me to apologise I could possibly over look this however the service I received was poor and a negative review has now come to light.

Product very competitive price, but sadly delivery is most unreliable. First order came in good time, but subsequent orders have caused such a terrible experience that I will not be ordering again. For instance, the website tells you the order is complete when it hasn’t even left the warehouse.

Have tried to speak with someone for over 30 minutes but the phone is continually engaged. If they are busy then they need another operator. Also, when I tried to order on line, got as far as checkout and then the page froze. Tried it 6 times, same result! Only good thing to say is that their prices are good.

Same problem as have encountered on several previous occasions. e mail saying they hadn't received a prescription which I know my vet had sent through several times as well as phoning. The lack of any empathy on the phone with numerous types of enquiries over the past year is unbelievable. I can report that not one attempt to purchase anything has been straightforward. Prices are good but that's about it

Just been into their new website, so now instead of being able to go previous orders and re-order tells me I have no previous orders, there is no obvious way to order. Having sent a few emails, first told it was too complicated to tell me via email I would have to phone my order in. Then told web designer said very easy to operate and perhaps my husband would sort it out. Feel very disgusted seemed to imply because I was female I was incapable of operating a computer. Have had no problems with the many sites I use and also have friends asking me for help with computers, so not thick like they seem to imply. Have asked for web designers instructions for re-orders but no response. Feel this company obviously is male bias and does not really care whether customers can order things or not. Shame as prices are great and delivery usually quite good.
