Do your seresto collars actually work??? Had first through vets and it worked immediately although expensive . Ordered online through yourselves and it’s not worked at all

just did a pre order for my dogs medication first time tried to pay on my credit card was told the bank had declined the card I new full well funds were available so I had to re give the card number and digits on the back to be told "oh its gone through" as quick as that....it has just left me a bit wary of giving bank details out again.in this day and age you dont no what can happen when people get hold of your details..it was just the speed it changed from declined to oh its gone through.thankyou
