Placed an order on 12th May, with advice 2-3 days delivery for some urgent Diabetic food, on the 16th AM (4 days) called customer service, to be told initially wait till 3pm if it's not there call back? Advised had been dispatched but they were unsure where it was. I declined this and said could they send a replacement for next day, was told, only if I paid another £15! Poor CS I feel, I order from elsewhere for next day and asked for a refund. Got an email confirming that, no real apology. Avoid, there are better companies offering these products at same prices with free shipping.
