Let me start by saying I am excited to be receiving your products and look forward to using them. You are also very good at sending automated emails that contain updates and product details. Very helpful!! However, you are impossible to contact. I paid by apple pay and unfortunately my phone had my old address. My mistake. Immediately I emailed you, phoned you (answering machine) and told you of the problem. Answer was to call couriers please. They will not change my address as you are the consignor was the advice I received. Emailed and called you again with no response. You need to get better at answering clients and resolving simple problems, because it can sour the customer experience. Nevertheless, I can't wait to try but only hope that it comes to my new address.
