I found this product the best I've used to date. I need to do it a couple more times if it all comes out I would give it 5 stars. It certainly looks a lot better but I only bought 1ltre to try so I probably need a two ltre bottle to get it all out. It's been a couple of weeks since I used 1ltre on my dogs urine stains some look better the rest is still there first it seems to fade then given some time they just come back up like when your carpet is steam cleaned! I have already done them three times. I bought the $80 two pack as they said you may have to do it 4-5 times before It's gone so I will give it a couple more go's and keep my fingers crossed. If that doesn't work I'll be asking for my money back as they promise 45 days I'm also happy to take photos. Unfortunately after using the product for the 6th time it looks good then about a week later the stains come back up, not as bad but their still not gone! After spending so much money I would like a refund as the product didn't work the way it was marketed. Regards Christine Folkes
