The stain remover genuinely is excellent, it removes the stains from poop marks on carpet and odours from the urine and I use the disinfectant on my tiles as needed. I have a medical condition that means I'm super sensitive to smells (both pleasant and unpleasant) and I was concious ordering cleaning products without smelling them first.
