I am happy with the cleaners and deoderisers. I am not happy that I order carpet shampoo and asked where would i buy the single or twin tanks referred to in the instructions. I have not received a real reply only a suggestion that indicates that I may mean a machine of some kind. This was certainly not indicated in the rndown on the product. Please advise.
