£119 paid for 10 bags of dog food on 20th January. No confirmatory email and no dog food. I have two large teenage dogs and my usual suppliers send within two days. Service is unacceptable. I am now going to have to order form someone else to ensure I have enough to feed them. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
I can’t even enter my order ID as it doesn’t even show up in my order history!
