If I could give no stars I would.
Received an email to acknowledge my order and payment............ then nothing else. I emailed them and they replied a few days later saying they would "look into it," and then nothing.
Fortunately I paid for the riding hat with Paypal and opened a dispute to which they didn't reply.
Paypal found in my favour and are refunding my money.
Utterly hopeless business and I wish I'd seen the other bad reviews before I wasted my time with this awful company.
