My review us much the same as alot of other dissatisfied customers. Ordered horse supplements on 20th October and apart from a confirmation email I received no further communication about when to expect delivery. Emailed them, no reply, tried phoning, no answer, used their "contact us" form to cancel order and get a refund and also reported to PayPal. Miraculously i then got an email saying sorry for the delay, order despatched and if i didn't want goods, refuse to accept delivery. Order delivered today and as I use this product alot, I decided to keep it but will NEVER use this company again
