Delivery times and customer service have deteriorated since they were taken over by Pet Spectrum Group. Last delivery took over 2 weeks, one package was damaged beyond use, and PS customer service took over a week to respond. They do have a phone number (if you search hard) but they don't answer. I suspect they simply don't have enough staff to support the level of business, or to respond when things go wrong.
