I ordered some petals for a wedding and selected the recommended shipping time provided by Petal Garden based on the event date. The flowers showed up AFTER the wedding. The company had me return the petals (by refusing delivery) and provided a full refund, which was great, but we needed these for an event and had to scramble to find an alternative. The company made it seem like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to return them, in my opinion, they should have been more willing to make this right instead of me having to convince them to do the right thing.
