“The freeze dried petals are beautiful, fantastic color! The Service is excellent! We strung the petals on monofilament and hung them over this mirrored wall. It was stuning and the client loved it.”

“You get what you pay for. I bought 3,300 petals in Crimson, Eggplant, and Black. There's a bunch of little strings that pull off because the edges of the petals aren't sealed after they're cut. DO NOT machine wash. If you decide to wash them, handwash only, or they will fall apart. I washed a sample in my sink to make sure the color wouldn't bleed and it was fine. I wash3d the rest in my machine and a lot of the strings fell out and the petals lost their shape. The petals are not fireproof, but you can use that to your advantage and use heat/flame to "seal" the petals into their shape. Make sure to have lots of water nearby to protect yourself and your petals from burning up. This might be a me problem, but 1,000 petals is a lot less than I expected. In the image I attached, theres about 3,000 petals in the box”

“I was anticipating for full cups of flower petals, and was disappointed in the amount that was actually received We had to go and buy actual flowers after receiving these to use for the actual wedding”

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed that your Sample order was not large enough to use for your actual wedding. Our 2 cup Samples contain 2 measuring cups worth of petals, but 2 Samples are not enough for even a flower girl basket, which we recommend 5 to 10 cups of petals. I'm not sure how you planned to use them in your wedding, but we have an online calculator linked from every product page to help determine how many cups you need: https://store.petalgarden.com/pages/rose-petal-quantity-calculator Also, we are available via chat, phone, or email to answer any questions and help with the quantity. You are correct, however, that only placing an order for a sample and not an actual full order would not be enough.

“Chose to go with Petal Garden for the first time to setup my hotel room for my anniversary. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality and experience. Two things that were a small issue, but not the end of the world. The odor the roses omit eventhough the paperwork inside the shipping box tells you about it is a little harsh. It does goes away after the roses are spread out. The other issues I encountered was the candle lights. I may have misread or misunderstood exactly what was in the box, but I thought the candles were LED electric. I had to buy LED electric candles separately because lighting candles near roses in a hotel room could go very bad. Ultimately, I endedup using about 4 of them on hard surfaces where the chances of igniting something in the room for slim to none. My wife enjoyed the set up as did I, so thank you very much for the product and the experience.”

Bobby, Thank you so much for the valuable feedback! We have transitioned our red petals to using pre-dyed red fabric instead of custom coloring, so they should not have an odor, although the bag when you open it does smell a little like plastic from the FedEx packaging. Regarding the tealights, we do have both real candles and LED, there are separate listing for both. We can look to change the listings to multi-select options so you can choose both the quantity and candle type separately. Thanks again for the advice! Brian

“After much research, I landed at Petal Garden to provide freeze-dried rose petals for a surprise proposal. Tiffany in Customer Service went above and beyond in monitoring our order to make sure it arrived to its final destination in Canada. We encountered a few glitches along the way with Customs but Tiffany was on it and helped to clear the package for an on-time arrival. In addition to the rose petals, I ordered 36 LED tea light candles which added tremendously to the proposal set-up. The couple was thrilled!”
