I looked to Petal Garden because I needed to source a garnish for one of the new cocktails on my menu. I needed something that was shelf-stable & beautiful. I went with freeze-dried white rose petals. They were delivered in an appropriate time frame, look beautiful, and are the perfect garnish for the cocktail. I would order from Petal Garden again!
