I have never written a review for a purchase, but the outstanding customer service has compelled me to write one now. I ordered several organza and silk bags, unfortunately one set of bags was sent to me in the wrong size. I emailed customer service to explain I needed them soon and received the correct size bags in less than twenty-four hours. If Petal Garden shows this level of customer service to such an inconsequential order, I imagine any customer, especially a bride-to-be will be thrilled with the experience of dealing with them. A bonus was that the quality of the bags was as exceptional as the customer service.
