Last Friday morning i ordered a Premium bouquet to be sent for an 8pth birthday. $161 later a d delivered e days late this is what turned up. I have emailed them several times asking them to contact me but absolutely no reply. I just don't think this service is good enough and I don't think the bouquet was good enough. Therefore I recommend that you use a different florist service if you want same day delivery and a bouquet that is any where decent. Do not use Petals NZ
