Eversolo DMP-A10 streamer scheduled for delivery today, advised this morning that there is a problem and delivery will not now take place. Have been a very loyal customer for many years and previously received great customer service but from emails I have received today it feels like a take it or leave it attitude. Not even an apology just referred to terms and conditions.
Not even sure if item will arrive tomorrow as it is apparently not possible to confirm this with DPD? It seems I need to just wait in and hope.
