Absolute proper cowboys with deplorable 'Gung Ho' attitude. "It was okay when it left us" is not the answer you want 6 weeks after purchase and your Range Rover is un-drivable and not covered by the warranty because of your lies and incompetence.
But it WASN'T okay when it left you, WAS IT? You carried out a bodge and lied and deceived the customer, LR warranty, and JLR.
What appalling and despicable behavior. Unprofessional and dishonorable with no morals, character or standards.
