Purchased a Petplanet crate base 90cm x 60cm
The item arrived - the actual size was 88cm x 58cm. So 2cm smaller each way than the crate, so my dog could get his paws stuck in the space.
Contacted Petplanet, told that the measurement was approx. and I needed to prove I had a petplaent crate.
Or.... I could pay return postage, The item is not as describe, they just got ruder & ruder.
Avoid this company, they have awful customer services & their item descriptions are flawed.
