Claims take a very long time to be processed. Recently my bank card had to be changed and before the new card was put in place for payment I got a threatening letter that my recent claim would not be honored until my payment was put in place even though the submission of my claim long preceded the problem with my bank card. I eventually got an email that they received my payment. In the interim, I tried to call your customer service and was on hold for twenty minutes.
