“We have used Pets Best with our previous two dogs and now our new adoptee. I can recommend pet insurance with Pets Best without any reservations. They’re a wonderful company with amazing folks working there. The site is intuitive and filing a claim is simple. Claims are reviewed and paid promptly. I am not a person that typically writes reviews. However Pets Best is the exception. I am not exaggerating in saying they are THE BEST, firm I’ve ever dealt with. Believe me when I tell you that if you are considering pet insurance and you see this review take my advice to heart. You don’t need to look further. Just partner with Pets Best and you will never stress about the cost of veterinary care again. That is wonderful peace of mind and absolutely worth the cost. Which by the way happens to be the most competitive I’ve found in comparing pet insurance.”

“I have never heard anything but horror stories about Pet Insurance until I rescued a dog that had insurance through Pets Best. It has changed my mind about the Pet insurance industry. They could not be more helpful and really it is an easy process to submit a client and they are always ready to answer questions or help me if I call the 800 number.”

“Overall really pleased with PetsBest. They were quick with refunds and claims. I appreciate the 2 times my pets passed since using them, the courtesy to cancel the plan for us and refund us even a small chunk of that months cost. (Example: pet dies half way through the month, they refund you 1/2) there really is no need for them to do that, but I just think it’s really thoughtful and when we have a pet in the future, we will definitely be getting insurance through Pets Best! My only constructive feedback would be sometimes the website is not super user-friendly & could use some work. In the past, I’ve tried contacting representative and have not known where to go only to go on a merry-go-round of emails and phone calls. Nothing major, but that’s my only feedback. I would highly recommend pets best to anyone!”
