“Pets Best Pet Health Insurance has been good about paying for claims. They are fair and pay promptly after the claims are submitted. However, sometimes it is very annoying when they ask for documentation for illnesses that were already approved before. For eg. my pet needed Carprofen to manage her hip dysplasia. When we had a prescription refill, the prescription was denied and they were asking for more documentation. That seems silly when they have her history of claims and they know or should have known that she is on pain medication for her hips. It is so unnecessary. So overall, I would recommend Pets best insurance for your pets but there is room for improvement.”

“All I have to do is download/scan the invoice and veterinarians notes from the visit! Within one week, if there are not questions, which there has not been, we are reimbursed the amount we are supposed to from the plan we chose!!! Easy Peasy!!!”

“I love Pets Best. We have four dogs and they are all covered. They pay good and fast mostly. Little disappointed in how lately they have been picky on large claims and the claims are delayed longer than they do. It is like they are looking to reduce the claim. But I would recommend them in combination with a Care Credit card.”

“I’ve had this insurance for many years. They have many types of coverage and at different price points. I personally like all my animals to be insured as much as possible, just in case.Pets Best has a very easy claims process, and you get paid within 10 days directly to your bank account. Their customer service team is also excellent.”
