“Not worth getting! Continue looking for better insurance. They claim it is all pre existing so they don’t have to pay anything. For example I had insurance with them for the last two years just in case something would happen to my two dogs. One of them had an ear infection and it required medication and testing. They didn’t cover it because they said it was preexisting. They will state that on every claim submitted!!”

“Ii was very disappointed with this experience. I had $3200 in emergency expenses and received a $192 benefit. With a premium of $92 per month, I will most likely cancel the insurance. I would be better off just saving some money on the monthly basis to cover expenses, the insurance is defintiely not worth it.”

“We have accident insurance for our dogs and we are glad we do! One of our dog’s got a case of “happy tail” that ended in two surgeries and we were so thankful for the insurance to help us cover that large vet bill! Highly recommend!”

“I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because if your pet has a condition that will continue for the rest of their life, each time they go to the vet for that condition has to be a new claim. It can't go under the same claim number. I think that should be changed”

“The coverage to premium/deductible ratio seems off. We’ve experienced several urgent vet visits have partial coverage but the routine expenses like vaccines and flea meds are hardly covered without upgrading to a higher premium tier. Also, the insurance assessor is too skeptical of invoices and declines because the technician of the veterinarian administered the vaccine as opposed to the doctor. These aren’t back alley quacks, these are medically trained employees under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian.”

“I’m so grateful to have insurance for my ESAs through Pets Best. My senior ESA was diagnosed with a brain tumor that required steriostatic radiation treatment to shrink the tumor. I’m so blessed that Pets Best Covered the procedure at 80%. This saves my ESA, Lily's life and obviously positivity impacts my mental health. I’m still able to live life with my best friend.”

“Very quickly processed our claim, it was wonderful! Detailed explanations was wonderful as well. The only issue we had was that all ultrasound proceedures are not covered. Doesn't feel right when an ultrasound is needed so often for stomach issues to figure out if there is an obstruction. It could save the dogs life!”

“My paperwork was submitted immediately after my dogs appt. The process to be reimbursed took just short of a month. I was given a few emails stating they were working on it. Very slow service”
