“We have 2 cats and 1 dog and ALL of them are insured with PetsBest. They have provided us with the best coverage over the years and we are very satisfied not only with their level of service, but also with their professionalism and processing times for claims. Would highly recommend them to any pet owner and have definitely done so with friends and family.”

“This was such a disappointing experience. We were thrilled, thinking we had super quality coverage for our newly adopted 3 year old cat. One year later, we took him to the vet, and it turned out NOTHING was covered. We have canceled our policy. It was a waste of one year, and nearly $700. Their insurance is a scam.”

“Best pet insurance ever, my cat was hospitalized for couple days and code around $5,500 and we get reimbursement without any difficulty. Simply upload invoice and they took care of everything for us. Which saved both my cat and wallet. If I got another chance, I will suggest everyone get insured.”

“Have had this insurance for my last 4 dogs, 30+ years. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if there is a major illness or accident that I don't have to worry about high veterinary costs. The premiums have increased substantially in the last year, but I wouldn't go without.”

“I had a I had a gastrointestinal problem with my 5-year-old Balinese cat. Needed X-rays and blood work. All in all the bill came to $845 after it was all said and done. Filing the claim for reimbursement took about 5 minutes at the most. A very painless process. My Balinese is back to normal and pets best paid the claim within a couple of days. I'm very satisfied with pets best.”
