“Great health insurance for your animals. Easy to submit claims, very responsive and helpful. I have three Maine Coons insured. One has had many vet bills. They have delivered on everything my policy covers. I love the fact that I can make the best decisions for my animals without stressing over the cost.”

“n my experience with different pet insurance companies over the last 25 years, Pets Best has a pretty good response time. The price of everything is going sky high, so you can't really blame Pets Best personally for the high cost of pet insurance. It's cross the board. I gave them only 4 stars basically due to the issues they have been having lately with their app and web site.”

“We have had pets best for going on 5 yrs and very glad we have it for our 3 aussies. Submitting claims is very easy. While usually they pay claims within 5 to 10 days sometimes it takes longer , but they do keep you updated in the process . It would be nice if you could see your pets record/history all in one section on your web site. It is aggravating to have to scroll and open each transaction to get a overall history of each pet . Just a suggestion.”

“I only gave 3 stars because every time I try to login to my account, it does not work anymore and I have to call everytime I want to login. I also have to send my claims by email. I'm not trusting the process that way. By not being able to login to my account I cannot see what is processed and what is not processed. I have several more claims that I need to add, this is a complete inconvenience to me as I use three different devices, depending on my location to add/check claims. Otherwise I loved Pets Best until these login issues!!!!”

“after a lot of research on Pet insurance, I liked what they offered. The customer service is always there which I like you can always get a person and I’ve had to use their Vet on call two times and each time they were wonderful they send notes and data that you can review it’s crazy how good they are. I submit claims online because their website is not very good. That’s one of their downfalls and they take two weeks to pay claims, but they pay them very efficient and they’ve given me no trouble. I feel really safe with them and I would recommend this insurance 100%”

“Pets Best has covered my Wheaten for 7 years. I have been pleased with the coverages and reimbursements. My renewal has increased by $100.00 per month and I am not able to continue due to my budget capacity. I understand that medical expenses for Animals have increased everywhere. Thank you for taking care of my dog.”

“Very easy claim process. My kitten hurt her leg while we were traveling and ended up at an emergency vet clinic - an unexpected and expensive vet visit far from our familiar home practice. Pets Best handled every thing about the claim. It took a bit of time to receive payment but that delay was due to Pets Best receiving the documents from the emergency vet and not Pets Best. So pleased with our choice of pet insurance.”

“Your app didn’t/doesn’t work! My policy indicates I should have gotten much more, but because our vet is kind enough to provide “package “ pricing, you jipped me substantially! Never got any reimbursement for last year’s claims and you don’t even show them in my account. (Shame on me for not following up) I just don’t know what to think about the lag time on claims and the lack of ___whatever you want to call it! I’m just very upset and frustrated with this entire situation!”
