“More than half the time the app doesn’t work. It is extremely frustrating. I have gotten recently 5 notifications that my claim is incomplete. I submitted the same thing that I always submitted before successfully. There is no way to determine which claim is a problem”

“I have had Pets Best Insurance for 4 years now. They have been an absolutely wonderful company to be a part of. They make it so easy to file a claim and keep track of where it is in the process. The turn around for reimbursement is amazing! When I have file a claim, I usually get a response within the week and the reimbursement soon follows. This year, my corgi was diagnosed with diabetes. I am telling you, in the previous years, each year I debated in renewing my policy, but I always had that thought in the back of my head that if something major happens, I would regret not having it. Well, it happened. With his new diagnosis, he was first in the emergency room and in the Intensive Care at the hospital overnight. The bills were adding up and I am so thankful for Pets Best. They have been amazing through this new journey. From doctor visits to insulin, they are there for us. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Even if you have to call customer service, they are so kind and helpful. Needless to say, I highly recommend this company to take care of you and your furry baby! You will not regret having a peace of mind.”

“Poor Zoe, our ever-so-slightly spoiled (not) Westie is real squirrel chaser. Seeing her limp around favoring her left fron paw, examining and checking as best we could without finding the cause, it was time for the vet. Dr. Rose found a small wooden stick lodged in her paw up against the nail, removed it, and prescribed something to relieve the itch and reduce licking. She is much better now. Any time I have to make a trip to the vet with Zoe, whether an annual checkup or an accident o rillness that shows up I always submit the bill to Pets Best. Most issues are covered by insurance, and all bills are analyzed and acted on quickly. It is so easy to use the Pets Best insurance, and such a good feeling to know they are fair in evaluating every claim. When necessary, they contact my vet or ask me for additional information. Very happy with Pets Best and highly recommend it for any pet. Have had PB now for two years.”

“Pets Best is a good company but make sure you know what is covered under your policy so there are no surprises when submitting a claim. They are very quick in paying prescription refills but not so quick when submitting other bills.”

“I've had a policy for both of my pets for many years, but had never considered how things might go should either of them ever become ill. My sweet dog has cancer and has been getting regular chemotherapy, and Pets Best has been an absolute angel through the process. No muss, no fuss. We get to take care of our fur baby and they take care of us. 100/100 would absolutely recommend to anyone who has a pet. Get the policy now; you'll be thankful later.”

“I’ve had my rescue hound insured with Pets Best since I adopted him 4 years ago. I like that I can tailor the insurance to my needs, selecting what I want coveted, the amount of annual deduction and amount of co-pay. I feel I am getting great value for the money spent. The claims processing is fast and easy. I would highly recommend Pets Best for your pet.”

“I appreciate that they offer coverage for rehabilitation services. The app is easy to use when their technology is working. Their system upgrade last Fall was frustrating for customers and I’m sure employees alike. I dislike the use of AI to screen the claims coming in as I have several that get flagged or incorrect reimbursement amounts that differ from appt to appt and when calling to ask for manual review of the claim it can be quite a wait for a human to help your call. I will say the employees have always been kind and helpful when I do speak to them!!”
