“My pet had an ATL injury. Something went wrong and the plate had to be taken out and then put back in pets Best is the best insurance company they pay everything but 20% for all three surgeries what a great insurance company I recommend anybody to go to Pets Best for their needs.”

“This is my first experience inquiring about a payment back to me for services I paid for. I have been waiting on my refund for a long time. PetsBest keeps asking for vet reports when I collected them myself from N Davidson and Thomasville veterinary hospital and Emailed them myself to Pets Best. I’m just going in circles and frustrated with this company. It would be nice to actually speak to someone about my account instead of emails requesting the same information.”

“My cat had an accident where he ran and slipped, fell, and broke off his left canine. The vet proposed a root canal, which was performed and PetsBest promptly paid the bill. Months later, the cat developed a tearing eye on the left side, which didn't go away though we tried multiple types of eye drops, etc. Long story short, back to the vet who did the root canal who then saw inflammation had developed on top of the root, pulled the tooth, and now my cat is happy and freed of his tearing eye. What an ordeal that all was. But PetsBest had been great coming through exactly with what I signed up for, promptly and efficiently. I am a grateful customer.”

“Pet’s Best has been a very straightforward, valuable insurance.
