A Lifeline for Senior Pet Owners: Why I Highly Recommend Pet’s Best Insurance I cannot recommend Pet’s Best Insurance highly enough, especially for anyone with a senior pet. My experience with them provided an immense amount of comfort and financial relief during the final years of my two beloved dogs, both of whom were seniors. I was able to secure comprehensive coverage for both pets, including one who was 16 years old. Knowing that they were covered for both sudden accidents and ongoing illnesses offered incredible peace of mind. As any pet owner knows, vet bills can quickly become overwhelming, and when your fur baby is sick, the last thing you want to worry about is whether you can afford the best care available. Pet's Best allowed me to focus entirely on my dogs' well-being, providing them with top-tier medical attention without hesitation. Even when it came time to make the heartbreaking and difficult decision to help them transition, the associated expenses were covered. That financial security meant the world during a period of profound grief. While both of my sweet companions have now passed, I am forever grateful for the support Pet's Best provided. I have never had pet insurance, but decided to get it along with a new puppy. It was a good decision. My new puppy seems to have a talent for catching things, eating things, and needing things that Pets Best has covered. Thank you. I think that they had paid me more than I had paid in at one point. The puppy is finally coming around, and Pets Best is here to stay.

The website is not as user friendly as I’d like, and the sheer amount of emails I get about 1 claim I submitted is insane. I think I received about 20 emails, telling me the same exact thing, meaning there was a glitch in the system. A few weeks ago I was trying to log in and there was nothing on the website indicating it was going through an update until I had to actually call a human and ask why it wasn’t working, just to be met with “oh the system is being updated, try again in a few days”. The communication aspect of this company is not up to par.

Took a little time to get all the information needed for the claim form. Used the on line form. Once I had what I needed everything went great. I had a couple questions whicb were answered in short phone call. Over all I am very satisfied with the service I received.

I actually like PetsBest Health Insurance, but their website truly is the most annoying thing I've ever had to deal with. They "updated" it a couple of weeks ago, and I waited. And I waited. Still couldn't access it. Now, they are telling me I'm logging in with a different computer and to click on the authorization email. I do that, and it says the link has expired, even though it wasn't even 10 seconds from one task to the next. Calling them is a joke - you have to wait on line for at least 15 minutes every single time. I've emailed and gotten no response. All I want to do is access my account!

I’ve had both my cats insured by PetsBest since shortly after adopting each one and have been overall happy their service. After moving early this year one of my cats was having a weird reaction to some drywall dust that was left behind, and in my panic found out that my policy includes a no charge emergency help line. That call went very well and we determined he don’t need to go to an emergency vet, but I made an appointment with the vet a day or two later as she suggested just to be safe. That being said my most recent claim experience was less than ideal. I called almost two months prior to his procedure and the woman from PetsBest explained that while she couldn’t guarantee approval of the claim, she assured me that I would be responsible for ONLY the deductible. She specifically said there wouldn’t be any other cost such as a co pay or co insurance. It took almost a month for the claim to be processed with no communication other than four “sorry we’re taking so long” emails. Once I got the EOB I saw that I was still responsible for nearly $800 of the claim, but my deductible is only $250. When I called yesterday to get clarification the representative basically told me that the earlier rep gave me inaccurate information, and I don’t believe he even apologized for the inaccuracy on THEIR end. Although I’m frustrated with their miscommunication, I’ll still keep using PetsBest as it feels like the safest option to protect my pets’ health.

Claims take a while to process but we have been paid out fairly every time. The process is very straightforward and easy and I can always get someone on the phone when I need to talk to them.

Long delays in processing claims, always getting delayed notice emails on almost every single claim, horrible & rude staff, very difficult to deal with, multiple employees are known to lie, disrespectful employees, just over all a horrible disgusting company to deal with every single time!! I have seen ZERO improvement over the past 3.5 years of being a customer. Would NEVER recommend such a corrupt company to anyone looking for pet insurace! Disgrace of a company. I'd give them a 0 out of 100 stars if it was an option!

Getting insurance with Pet’s Best has been the best decision I’ve made as a pet owner. Their customer support is very responsive and helpful. Claims are easy to submit and processing them takes little time. Highly recommend!!

Pets Best always pay the smaller claims quickly. I had one bigger claim which was covered as I expected. However, the full 3 weeks was taken to get the paid claim. Overall, we are pleased with Pets Best. :)

Pets Best has allowed us,to give our precious little dog the best care and treatment, as she fights TCC, an an aggressive bladder cancer. Going with Pet's Best was the best decision I've ever made.

Customer service is horrible to start. If you want to talk with a supervisor, there’s Never one available! Claims are slow. All and all typical insurance company, they want your premium on time, but are slow to pay out!
