“I love that Pets Best provices both preventative and emergency care. My 5 1/2 year old Springer Spaniel has needed both! My dissapointment is how long it takes to get re-imbursed. My ESS was diagnosed with lymphoma and the chemo bills add up fast. I ended up taking out CareCredit because I couldn't see myself putting thousand of dollars on my existing credit cards. I just hope the payouts come before my 6 month credit comes due and I will have to pay interest at 27.9%!!!!!!!!”

“After paying many pricey vet bills with our senior dog, we decided that once we got a new puppy we would also invest in insurance. While we never expected to need it so quickly, our puppy sadly had some congenital issues that led us to a couple of specialty ER vets. The bills would have been totally overwhelming on top of having to lose our puppy as well. Pet's Best was such a big help in cutting the out of pocket cost. I'm glad we made the decision as soon as we got our puppy, and we will make the same decision to go with Pet's Best when we find a new puppy to love.”

“I had heard bad things about pet insurance so I was worried pets best would be the same, it was not! I have had very positive experiences with pets best despite very difficult circumstances. Every person I spoke to about my claims were very helpful and sympathetic. The helpline with medical specialists was a real comfort to help me feel comfortable moving forward with treatment and knowing that it would be covered under the insurance. I would recommend this insurance to anybody with fur babies.”

“I am so glad that we chose PetsBest insurance form the moment we brought our pups home. Our older girl is almost 14 and she has had just a few occassional accidents and illnesses, for her it's just peace of mind. Our little husky guy is another story. Just before he turned one he had his first seizure. Four years later we are still battling his epilepsy with his local vet, a neurologist, seven prescriptions (including his rescue protocols) and he's had several overnight ER hospital stays. PetsBest has never turned anything he has needed down. And that is a HUGE peace of mind.”
