“I put my 2 guys on this insurance the day they were old enough to be eligible. I've only had to use it twice in the last 3 years, but I'll say that "I'm ahead" in terms of coverage vs. premiums. :-) I never had any hassle submitting a claim and they did all the footwork dealing with the Vet to get itemized invoices. Zero regrets and I recommend them to anyone I know who gets a new dog.”

“We have been extremely pleased with Pets Best Insurance over a number years. Premiums are reasonable, the on line website is easy to use and the service regarding claims is fast and efficient. A recent enquiry regarding a change of coverage was dealt with promptly and efficiently. We would not hesitate to recommendn Pets Best to anyone looking to arrange insurance for their pet.”

“This company is so slow to review and reimburse claims. I submitted a claim same day as vet appointment on 2/17/25. As of today I still have not received the approved reimbursement as of 3/11/2025. Definitely is the trend as this isn’t the first claim I’ve made. Wish I could switch to another provider but alas the pre-existing condition. Do your research before choosing this company.”
