“I am so grateful to Pets Best Insurance! I rescued two dogs 8 years ago and started my plans with Pets Best almost immediately. I had hoped never to utilize these plans except for wellness issues but that had not been the case. For all the medical claims I have had to submit, NONE have been denied!! I never had to fight with them over a claim - once having to provide additional documentation but that was all. Excellent coverage!!”

“Pets Best is the best. Filed my claim on a Tuesday and on Friday night I got the notification that a reimbrusement is on the way. Super easy and simple to submit a claim and the explantation of benefits is very prescise”

“This insurance saved our dog’s life! We would never have been able to afford emergency surgery without them! Our dog’s stomach flipped & we had to take him to the emergency vet. I was extremely nervous about paying upfront & seeing what insurance would actually cover. They completely came through & within a week they sent an EOB of what they were reimbursing! What a relief! Highly recommend Pets Best!!!”

“I have been extremely happy with the service provided by Pets Best! I previously had Nationwide, but after experiencing significant premium increases, I decided to make the switch, and I am so glad I did! The customer service at Pets Best has been wonderful and, in my experience, far better than Nationwide (Nationwide was good many years ago, sad that things have changed). I haven't had any issues submitting claims or receiving reimbursements for covered expenses. Initially, I felt that claims took a little longer to process compared to Nationwide, but I've noticed a significant improvement recently. My recent claims have been processed and reimbursed within just a few days! What makes me especially grateful for Pets Best is the care I was able to provide for my 15-year-old Golden Retriever when he was diagnosed with cancer. Without Pets Best, I honestly don't know how I would have afforded the surgery he needed. He came through surgery like a champ, and because of that, we were blessed with more precious, quality time together, including beach days and the simple moments that meant so much to us. Those memories are priceless, and I will forever be grateful that Pets Best helped make them possible. Pet insurance is about so much more than just financial protection. It's about being able to give our beloved pets the care they deserve when they need it most, without having to make heartbreaking decisions based solely on cost. Thank you, Pets Best, for being there when it mattered most. I am truly grateful and so happy I made the switch! ❤️”

“All I have to do is download/scan the invoice and veterinarians notes from the visit! Within one week, if there are not questions, which there has not been, we are reimbursed the amount we are supposed to from the plan we chose!!! Easy Peasy!!!”
