“Very good pet insurance. When my pup came down with limping issues which required lots of diagnostic and treatments they wouldn’t let us down and covered most of it. I would recommend this insurance to any pet owner.”

“I thought the PetsBest team handled my Bella’s submissions professionally and courteously. Whenever they needed any documents someone would always communicate via the app plus an email. I love ❤️ the 2-way chat because a lot of times I get very busy with work. In this manner I see their inquiries. I highly recommend this pet insurance company. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Really fair premiums with great reimbursement options. Customer service has always been fantastic any time I have talked to them. Claims can sometimes take a long time to process but that isn’t a deal breaker for me as I know they’re busy.”

“Pets Best honors their agreements. They are very fair when reviewing claims in terms of evaluating what is covered and what is not. They work through the review process quickly and keep the customer informed about the status. Their website is easy to navigate. Really, they offer everything you would want out of a pet insurance provider.”

“I have had Pets Best for about 2 years now. I have no problems uploading my pet's information or filing a claim. The payments are generally paid out within 2-5 days. It was a little bit longer during COVID, but now it is back to normal. Thank you Pets Best!!”

“My dog had ACL surgery in January, and Pet's Best has paid their part for the surgery, radiographs, several follow up visits and medications. It wasn't cheap! When I spoke with them before the surgery, they said that if she needs rehab, that will be covered as well. They also just paid a claim for a maintenance medication, and she is on several meds for various reasons. Thanks, Pets Best!”

“Great! I really appreciate the customer service people!! Whenever I have reached out to them, they get back to me promptly and are so friendly, kind and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about them. Sometimes the claim reimbursement part takes longer and I understand that, but I have reached out to Customer Service on a number of occasions about that and they’re always so respectful and kind.”

“Everything that’s supposed to be covered is covered. Prices are very reasonable of coverage. It does take a while to process a claim, but there’s never an issue. I would recommend them to anybody.”
