“I LOVE Pets Best! I was skeptical about pet insurance, but was so grateful when my sweet dog Loki got sick and we had insurance through PetsBest. It was such a comfort to not have to worry about money, when we needed to make the very difficult decision on what was best treatment for him. It ended up that the best treatment was a gentle goodbye, but we were able to make that decision quilt free. The staff was very kind and understanding when I called in tears, and walked me through each easy step of the process. The reimbursed quickly, and covered well. I will always carry policies on my pets from now on.”

“I filed my first claim ever for my 8 year old dog after he get injured. I submitted my claim through the claims portal online. Within a week, Pets Best completed the claim with no surprises. I was surprised how smoothly the claims process was and how easy it was to do online.”

“My dog had emergency surgery, as well as other procedures and costs relating to his hospital stay. Submitting the claim was easy. Then I forwarded all his records from the vet, and other vets he has seen. Pets Best did their work, and I received the email/EOB explaining coverage with a check to arrive in 5-7 days. SO very thankful for Pet’s Best!!”
