My dog had emergency surgery, as well as other procedures and costs relating to his hospital stay. Submitting the claim was easy. Then I forwarded all his records from the vet, and other vets he has seen. Pets Best did their work, and I received the email/EOB explaining coverage with a check to arrive in 5-7 days. SO very thankful for Pet’s Best!!
