prompt refund, but is dissapointing how it reduces coverage for simple wellness treatments and vaccinations. I pay a high premium and expect a better outcome.

Claims are handled quickly and reimbursements often same or next day. I am surprised that the wellness benefit has run out often before the dog has their full complement of shots.

I've used Pets Best for years and with multiple dogs. I've always had a great experience and continue to with their services and reimbursement. It's a shame that premiums have increased so significantly in the last couple of years. Their mobile app is also essentially a shell and you can't do much in it. It usually reroutes you to the website anyways. It's like they just stopped working on the app in the last few years.

Sure is a lot easier than regular health insurance. Claims were filed online, they let you know when it's being processed, and drops the $ into your checking account (or sends a check, if that's your choice). The one thing they need to do -quickly - is to upgrade their phone system. I initially tried for several days to contact them by phone and was put on hold with a wait time of 50-60 minutes. The on day I managed to get thru at a slighly less waiting period, the rep was fine, knowledgeable and courteous, and helped with several questions that weren't answered in their online FAQ. I'm sure the company loses several potential customers because of their unacceptable phone system. There is no way to commuincate via email that I could find. Other than that, highly recommended.

I've had a very good experience - quick turn around and no efforts to play games with claim. I was surprised after recommending Pets Best to friends to find out that the company was defining commonly treated and curable ailments as prior conditions. Seems inconsistent with my experience - but has been reported by others

I have honestly never had an issue submitting a claim. Sometimes they go past the normal 30 days review time but you always get an email with an apology and sometimes thats because they are waiting on your veterinarians office for more information anyways. They have always been super fair on what they are covering and what they don't cover and the claims process is super user friendly. I highly recomend Pets best to everyone I meet but i didnt give 5 stars just because it seems like every year my policy gets more and more expensive as my dogs age which i don't doubt that would happen with any other insurance company anyways.

Pet's Best has consistently provided great service with my claim reimbursements. And I have not had any issues with those reimbursements. As many would agree, the most difficult part is the 50%+ raises in annual premiums. Pet's Best has done their best to give prior warning and explanation for these raises, but it makes the decision to keep your pet insured incredibly difficult to weigh every year. Also, PEt's Best website seems to be doing well now, but it had some incredibly frustrating technical issues for a long time where manual claim forms were required to be emailed in. Hopefully that's all squared away now. Outside of those things, I still recommend using them.

It was hard to talk to a human. It was even harder to get the right email to send bills. I was told they requested records but I still had to send detail bills. When they sent the reimbursement, it still didn’t include one of the bills I sent multiple times. Submitting on line is not user friendly. But once I did talk to a human…. She was very nice and tried to be helpful.

Overall pretty good, kind of expensive for my Giant Breed Daniff (Great Dane English Mastiff mix). Wellness coverage doesn’t seem to be as good as a few years ago but coverage for an operation was excellent.

This is my first pet with insurance, so I'm biased to being a first time client. The claims process is very easy to do, and the explanation receive upon reimbursement claims is very help. For my first time using, it's been a good experience. I knew my dog would need accident insurance, and he hit his deductible in less than 2 months, so it's been well worth it for us.

They always pay my claims quickly! Unfortunately, their premium rates have gone up considerably in the last year, so I may have to shop around for more reasonable priced coverage.

I have been very pleased with the insurance and thier promptness of reviewing my claims and getting closure on the claims. I have had a fair amount of trouble with the web site and am still having some issues with being able to log into my account. I am not sure what that problem is as the call in help has not been been able to work it out either.
