I've been really happy with my pet insurance overall. The claims process is smooth, reimbursements are fast, and customer service is always helpful and friendly. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my pet is covered in case of emergencies or unexpected health issues. The only downside—and it's a significant one—is that you can't increase your level of coverage once your plan is in place. That lack of flexibility is disappointing, especially as your pet ages or your financial situation changes. I would love to see the option to upgrade coverage tiers without having to start over with a new policy. Still, it's a solid plan with great value—just be sure to choose the right level of coverage from the beginning.
