“This has been overall pretty good. I was not happy with the turn around time on claims but my most recent claim was returned to me much faster and I really loved that. It is a piece of mind to have this service for my pet. Thank you for all you do. I even share your link with a friend who is going to get a dog.”

“I have had two claims total with them a nd not too much trouble with either one. One of them did get denied because they needed more information but was eventually paid and I could see why they were a little confused. Recently had one paid with no problem. I think if you're careful about putting in all of the information that they need and submitting the appropriate receipts and vet details, you should have no trouble”

“Staff are always pleasant and helpful anytime I need it. My last claim took a month to process and I'm still waiting for payment to show up in my bank account.”

“Long wait time on claims to find out nothing is covered. Deductable on covered things when more than the deductable has been paid already, Not sure how beneficial, after meeting the deductable, insurance will be as we have a long road ahead with diabetes, blindness, glocoma and possible surgery now. Same with all pet insurance but fortunate to have it. Worth the purchase.”

“I am happy with Pets Best. I wish the claims could be processed a little bit faster and I wish they could pre-approve the tretaments so we know if we will be refunded or not in the future. Other than that it has being great.”

“Very cooperative and easy to contact. They honored my contract and sent a refund, although it took a little longer than I expected, almost a month. But overall, very pleased and keeping my policy.”

“Since I adopted my puppy in November of 2023, she has been to the vet and emergency room several time. Fortunately, we have Pets Best. They paid most of the claims, especially all the major accident and illness. The only ones not covered were some wellness claims and vaccines that we didn't know were not covered. Overall, I would recommend Pets Best.”

“Pets Best shows to be a consumer reports best pick. Can't do much better than that. However, my complaints are, they are slow to pay and their customer communication is almost non existent. They fail to keep you apprised of the decisions on your claim. I have gone 4-t weeks waiting on reimbursement. They do finally pay, but reasons for delays would be appreciated.”

“So far, so good. My dog is only 15 months. Prompt (within 24 hours) settlement of my claim for my dog's first annual check-up. A number of utems disallowed as the same service had been provided within the last twelve months. So, check the timing of you claims.”

“This is my first time having pet insurance and we ended up needing it after our car got attacked. I submitted the claim the weekend of 3/2 and got notification it was being paid on 3/24. The breakdown of what was being paid and why was very clear and easy to understand. My only critique is I qoupd have appreciated a more upfront estimate timeline so I knew how long to expect to wait regarding a decision on approval or not.”
