“It’s save us some money so far and the reimbursement is quick. I do wish they’d have one deductible per family instead of one for each pet.”

“My dog, Brady, had a mass on his leg that needed to be removed. Once I sent in the invoice for the procedure, they eventually paid for the procedure, taking a little longer than I would like, but it was paid. Better communication with me and the animal hospital would have made this review a 5.”

“The timeliness of processing my claim was great. The negative is that whoever did so didn't actually look at the documentation and thus rejected a portion of the claim stating there wasn't a diagnosis listed but that was on the documentation.”

“I’ve had my 2 English mastiffs & st Bernese insured since they were all puppies. Accident only has been the best choice for us, after going from wellness, to accident and illness, now just accident coverage. Cost effective and the coverage is great.”

“This company has been quite good with depositing in a timely manner. My only problem is when I press send on my computer it doesn’t go through. After many tries it finally does go through.”

“Overall really pleased with PetsBest. They were quick with refunds and claims. I appreciate the 2 times my pets passed since using them, the courtesy to cancel the plan for us and refund us even a small chunk of that months cost. (Example: pet dies half way through the month, they refund you 1/2) there really is no need for them to do that, but I just think it’s really thoughtful and when we have a pet in the future, we will definitely be getting insurance through Pets Best! My only constructive feedback would be sometimes the website is not super user-friendly & could use some work. In the past, I’ve tried contacting representative and have not known where to go only to go on a merry-go-round of emails and phone calls. Nothing major, but that’s my only feedback. I would highly recommend pets best to anyone!”

“I have had this insurance for my two dogs since they were puppies, and they are seven and 10 years old. I have never had a problem with them reimbursing me for any of my dogs vet bills. Insurance price, however, has skyrocketed in the past year where I am paying well over 2k for each dog. I find that to be abusive. With them both having pre-existing conditions, I am stuck without being able to switch insurances.”

“I have had issues with claim representatives not fully reviewing the information from my Vet and making incorrect decisions about what I should be paid. Just this year, my dog had to see our vet, and they missed items on the vet's SOAP and didn't pay what my policy says I should be paid. I had to call and ask them to review it again for a correct payment.”

“The insurance helps a little but I feel for the $100 a month or whatever it could cover a little more. Sometimes bills are in the hundreds and they’ll cover like $70. Also it takes a while to get claims processed at times. I’ve had claims take 1-2 days and others take a month. I’d recommend them though for the most part!”
