“I am extremely impressed with Pets Best Insurance. I signed up when my dog was a healthy puppy. I did stop the health maintenance and vaccination coverage because of the added Premium costs and still did wonder if we were paying too much. I now see, seven years later, that it is worth it. My dog has needed two surgeries related to cancer and has developed other chronic conditions. Almost everything has been covered, saving us literally thousands and thousands of dollars. Whe we get our next dog I will purchase this same policy again. I highly recommend this company because of the speed and efficiency in processing the claims.”

“They are responsive when we have made a claim. Once we meet our deductible, any covered items are reimbursed with a check sent directly to us. Used mainly for catastrophic care. We do not carry wellness insurance.”

“Our Springer Spaniel was the first dog we've owned for which we purchased pet insurance. For many years we hardly had any claims. The last couple of years we've had a lot. Once our deductible was met, Pets Best has reimbersed us 90% only having to verify a couple of pieces of information, usually fairly quickly. What a godsend!”

“Pets Best is literally life saving. My pup needed back surgery and had to do follow ups a couple years later when he reinjured himself. Submitting claims is easy, I have never had to do a follow up (if anything is needed Pets Best reaches out to the vet directly) and I know the reimbursement is coming. I recommend them to any and all pet owners I come across.”

“I'm so happy for Pet Besr, best decisions ever with this dog of mine. I heard Boston Terrier were expensive and I did not believe it until I got her. She's been a lot financially but I'm happy for the extra support. I would strongly encourage any pet owners to look pet insurance for their fur baby. J. Askew”
