“Pets Best is literally life saving. My pup needed back surgery and had to do follow ups a couple years later when he reinjured himself. Submitting claims is easy, I have never had to do a follow up (if anything is needed Pets Best reaches out to the vet directly) and I know the reimbursement is coming. I recommend them to any and all pet owners I come across.”

“I'm so happy for Pet Besr, best decisions ever with this dog of mine. I heard Boston Terrier were expensive and I did not believe it until I got her. She's been a lot financially but I'm happy for the extra support. I would strongly encourage any pet owners to look pet insurance for their fur baby. J. Askew”

“I have insured 3 dogs now with Pets Best since 2014- Unfortunately we have had medical issues with all of them- Pets Best covered all the treatments for 2 of them with cancer, and now one with epilepsy. We have full coverage including alternative treatments but not routine things such as vaccines etc. You should expect those costs in having a dog. The big unexpected costs come with illnesses and cancer. I have recommended Pets Best to several people. Yes the premiums get more expensive with age as expected, and sometimes reimbursement can be a bit slow but I still feel this is clearly one of the best insurances for your pups.”

“They are a great insurance for pets. I have 3 cats and took them for there yearly wellness exam and the bill came to $1052. One I submitted the invoice I got $535 back. On my small salary this helped me so much. So I can properly take care of my 3 fur babies.”

“I am very glad to have Pets Best Health Insurance. Yes,, there are times when I am busy but I still have to redo claims etc, (getting a doctor's letter, sending a clearer image of my invoices, etc) but in the end they come through and I think they really do care about helping our pets. It gives me peace of mind to know they are there.”

“I am very happy with my choice of insurance for my Zoey. Although they will pay the Vet direct, there are none that will accept waiting for the payment. That makes it hard of people like me who doesn't have extra money to pay but so far there isn't a Vet that will wait for payment. I have excellent insurance through Pets Best Pet Insurance, I know my Zoey is covered from nose to tail for accidents, illness, etc. I also have Pets Best Wellness Insurance, which will help with all her vaccinations. Pets Best is my choice and I will remain with them to take care of Zoey.”
