Pets Best is literally life saving. My pup needed back surgery and had to do follow ups a couple years later when he reinjured himself. Submitting claims is easy, I have never had to do a follow up (if anything is needed Pets Best reaches out to the vet directly) and I know the reimbursement is coming. I recommend them to any and all pet owners I come across.
