“The name is TRUE. Pets Best is the BEST pet insurance. Pets Best has paid every claim since I've had it except one. I believed the non-payment was incorrect so I appealed and Pets Best reversed the denial and paid the claim. Excellent coverage and excellent customer service.”

“I learned about Pet's Best from my vet. It is hands down the best insurance available. We had a terrible situation where our puppy had a birth defect that could not be detected until she was about 5 months old. She needed heart surgery, which Pets Best covered completely per the policy rules. Many other insurance companies would have declared it a pre-existing condition, even though it was undetecable until she grew, and would have battled with us to cover it. Pets Best was there for us day 1 when we needed it. Also, in an era where customer support is increasingly AI and/or foreign based with noisy call centers and language difficulties, Pets Best is domestic with humans who are talented, thughful people.”

“Have dealt with several insurances in the past. I had never had a co-pay on top of the annual deduction. I currently am paying for 90% reimbursement. Come to find out there’s a 10% co-pay. So I’m really only being reimbursed for 80%. Very disappointed.”

“Customer Service wait time are over 15-20 sometimes 30 minutes, then to get someone that you cannot understand. I had to ask for Supervisor because the person on the phone could not answer ANY of my questions. I have been with PETSBEST for over 8 years and it was never this way before.”
