“I have used Pets Best Insurance since 2005. They have insured all 3 of my pets and are very easy to work with. They make it easy to file claims & processing time is very timely. I feel at ease that my pets have good coverage should they need it. Thank you Pets Best Insurance!”

“I recommend pets best to EVERYONE. I could not take care of my Shih Tzu without them. It’s been a rocky road. She has a liver disorder that requires monitoring. Thank God she is 9 years old and doing well. 8 weeks ago she fell and fractured her jaw. She required surgery. It’s been a nightmare. Pets best has been with us every step of the way. I’m a senior on a fixed income. What would I have done? They honor the policy, process claims quickly do I can pay when the credit card bill arrives. If you are choosing a pet insurance company, choose Pets Best.”

“I’ve never had to dispute any claim in the 5 years I’ve had Pets Best. I am happy with the benefits we receive and payouts we have gotten. My dog is middle aged, the premium is starting to get high. I didn’t give 5 stars because the time it takes to process a claim varies wildly. Some claims are done in 24 hours and others have taken months. While always apologetic for the delays, I wish they were consistent. The other issue is that the website goes down so you can’t login or submit a claim. They need to work on that for sure.”

“So far so good. I thought I had a smaller deductible but at least they're covering some of the costs. So far they've given detailed EOBs of what they cover and what they don't. It's a fair rate for 2 puppies.”

“Pets Best covers all our pets needs from wellness to accidents. You do have a deductible and you have many different options for the type of coverage you need. We have 2 rescue pups. Knowing if something happens we have piece of mind that Pets Best is there to help. The online claim is very easy to use.”

“I am so thankful I chose Pets Best insurance for my dog. We recently had to use it for an accident and the bills added up fast. It was such a blessing to have a good part of it covered. Submitting the claims were super easy, they emailed right away that they received the claim and within a few days I received the EOB and payment to my account a couple of days after that.
