“They used to actually cover things. I have the premium insurance where it's supposed to cover 90% and it really never does. It's quite exhausting actually and has been making me consider cancelling my plan lately”

“I’m very happy with their service and quick turn around time. Unfortunately their prices almost doubled from last year and even though I am on a fixed income, I will pay it because my puppies are my family members.”

“I would give Pat's best a five-star rating but recently when I sent my invoice from the vet they kept saying it wasn't clear enough to read. I saw no difference in any other invoice I've ever sent. I resent it and got the same response that it wasn't clear enough so I gave up.”

“I pay a decent payment each month for insurance however, I’ve paid over $1200 on vet bills for an illness and only received $129 reimbursed. What is the point??”

“Pests Best makes it a little easier to deal with those uncertain moments when a pet is sick or hospitalized. Their reimbursement process is seamless. The hospital sends PB a copy of the paid invoice and they usually process the reimbursement within a week or two. I’m very happy with PB. Betty”

“I have had Pets Best Insurance for a little over a year. I was actually a little skeptical because the price is really reasonable. I got the accidental emergency policy, so preventive is not covered. I have 90 percent unlimited with 500 deductible. Have filled 2 claims, literally takes a minute to upload and file. Both times they were accepted and rather fast. Also have used the 24 hour emergency number. That in itself has been great, speaking with a vet tech free and they can answer your questions regarding care or if you need to go to vet. So I would not hesitate to recommend this insurance, especially how expensive vet services have become. Well worth it.”

“I recently had to file a claim with Pets Best after my dog, Fen, needed emergency surgery for pyometra. It was a very stressful and unexpected situation, so having pet insurance made a huge difference. I was very pleased with how quickly the claim was processed. It took about 6 days for my reimbursement to be completed and credited directly back to my credit card. Pets Best covered 90% of the eligible expenses after my deductible, just as my policy stated. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and with the coverage I received. During an emergency, the last thing you want to worry about is whether your insurance will come through, and Pets Best did.”

“My dog got sick and I took her to the vet. Turns out she had a complete blockage in her gallbladder and needed surgery. Surgery went well and she’s in the process of making a complete recovery.Thank God for pets best. The surgery was quite costly and on top of worrying about my girl I had complete relief knowing her insurance would take care of 80% of the cost. One less thing to worry about allowed my family and I to have complete focus on her recovery. Best decision I ever made as a pet parent. I can’t thank you enough.”
