I could not be happier that I have Pets Best Insurance for my Lab Bella. She has been diagnosed with Addison's Disease and Pets Best has been there for me each month. Bella and I are very lucky to have Pets Best Insurance on this journey with us.

Extremely happy with this health insurance. Customer service is easy deal with and you get to speak to a human. Payments are made very quickly on claims.

If allowed, I would have given you at least six stars. The ease in filing a claim is refreshing as compared to other companies I had used previously. I fully expected a long wait for settlement given the complexity of Jack's treatment. What surprised me was that about two weeks after submitting the claim, I received an email letting me know that my claim was being processed and that sometimes it takes longer than others so please be patient. I have never gotten that kind of message before. It was a positive way of letting me know that things were moving forward and to hang in. Very smart move. It was less than four weeks from submission to receipt of the decision made on my claim. It was clear, easy to understand, and provided the comfort of knowing that I had a payment on its way. You folks know how to treat patients and their owners.

Difficult to get reimbursement even when we pay a lot of money out of pocket to be reimbursed. Cancelling our policy with them asap and going back to our old pet insurance who made it simple, easy and fair to submit a claim and be reimbursed. Do not recommend.

I had to recently submit a claim for a medical emergency my puppy had from a vaccine he received, while I am grateful to have the claim processed and a reimbursement being initiated, it did take almost 1 month for the claim to be processed and approved.

I called about 2 weeks after the submission of my claim to ask a question regarding coverage for another issue. I asked about my previous claim during that call and the support agent said the claim was still in process because the charges did not add up. He said average 14 days for claim processing. I reviewed the claim and found the charges did add up and called back to let them know. The second agent said there it looked like there was a second page based on the staple and that they were requesting the second page. I submitted the second page which only had small print and "Thank you for allowing us to care for (your pet)," called again and spoke to a 3rd agent, whom said processing is up to 45 days and said all information has been received. The claim was finally processed and I am satisfied with that, however I have concern that if I had not called regarding a different concern and asked about the claim, I would not have known that more info was needed or that they did not initially see all charges.

We've had a policy for a number of years but just had our first claim this past week. It was stressful having our dog very ill and needing emergency surger, but knowing that he was covered helped remove the financial worry. And I have never been as impressed with an insurance company as I am with Pets Best. I submited a claim and within 24 hours it had been processed, approved, and a check sent. Seriously, it was amazing!
