“While having pet insurance is a great option, it's surprising how reimbursement is much less than expected. Full reimbursement is not offered, so reaching the minimum deductible is difficult! Many measures are not covered. My last vet bill was $200 for Cushings Disease tests and my reimbursement was $38. Not a good return but I'll keep pressing forward.. Sludge in her gall bladder is not specifically identified so I don't know if it's reimbursable.”

“for the most part they have been decent. Advice is to read your policy completely so there are no surprises. Main complaint is the rates become unafordable when pet reaches 9 years old and if they have been treated for a condition, good luck getting another company to cover pre-existing. I have had to drop our policies due to them doubeling the monthly rate every year.”

“Best decision I ever made investing in pet insurance for my dog. Had many dogs in my lifetime but Murphy is our first pure bred dog. If I'm spending alot on the purchase of a new family member. Then paying a monthly fee to have coverage for sick and accident visits is so worth it. Very satisfied with Pets Best .”
