I’ve used them for over 10 years with 4 dogs. It has literally saved their lives knowing that money won’t be a barrier. The monthly payment is affordable, and they pay out quickly and without question every time. I cannot recommend PetsBest highly enough!

They're very helpful when you have questions. Only negative is my one dog had her premium doubled and I've never used the insurance for her and she’s 6 now. I won't go without though. I appreciate how nice they are.

I’ll be honest, the coverage and plans offered through Pets Best are great. However, I submitted a claim over 2 months ago and it finally got reviewed yesterday but I have yet to receive my reimbursement. This is an issue when the whole reason I got pet insurance was because I cannot afford $400 vet bills without being reimbursed in a timely manner. They have always been slow to review claims & pay out (always over a month) but this time was just ridiculous. Strongly considering switching companies if they cannot increase review & reimbursement times.

Pets Best have been wonderful. It's easy to submit claims and they are processed quickly. Whenever I have a question I can actually call and speak to somebody (I've never had to wait on hold) that's hard to find these days

Charlie got sick, had to euthanize him. Filed claim that was denied, filed appeal that was denied, filed 2nd appeal that was finally approved and I was reimbursed. Am disappointed that I had to jump thru all those hoops to get paid. I had to point out that there was no diagnosis and that his pre-existing conditions had nothing to do with his symptoms. The vet wanted to hospitalize him and run more tests. I'm happy you finally understood what was happening with him and I was paid..Cody

First claim and it took three weeks to process it. They needed extra information from me but they never let me know, the process moved forward because I was proactive enough to call customer support and asked for an update. Don’t think I will renew with them for next year

Not happy with the schedule allowances for veterinarian service the hardly cover anything it’s states any take home medication for your pet is covered in full I didn’t any reimbursement for the medication they’re supposed to give you back $50 for a heartworm prevention and I only got $20 so they stay in the policy is false advertisement. That’s why the coverage is so cheap. I wouldn’t recommend this anybody soon my period is up. I am not going to renew my insurance policy this company. They are horrible.

I can’t even begin to describe how thankful I am with regards to Pets Best Insurance for my animals. I had to file claims twice within the past three years and they are prompt to provide the reimbursement. This second time, my dog passed away during emergency surgery. Again, not only was Pets Best prompt to provide a reimbursement, but they send a second email sending condolences for our family’s loss and reimbursing part of the yearly fee - this was completely unexpected and will make me a valued customer for life.

My dog has recrring ear infections. Because he has allergies, the insurance feels all meds are for pre-existing conditions

My dug just had surgery for a luxating patelly. Submitting the claim was super easy. I was amazed that it was processed in less than a week. What I expected them to cover, they did. So thankful for this insurance.

I've been a customer for years and rarely had to use the coverage. I recently submitted a claim on 4/24 only to recieve confirmation on 6/4. Much of my claim was deductible and the rest of the claim is only $89.30 covered of which I still have not received reimbursement. It was a simple claim that is taking way too long to reimburse. It just does not seem like the cost vs coverage is worth it anymore, especially considering I have to wait so long for correspondance.

I used Pets Best for the past couple of years. My plan had a $500 Deductible, but I have an elderly dog so that added up quick. I always received the claimable 80% back within 30 or so days, so for me it was worth it. The customer serve is great as well.

Having pet insurance with Pets Best has been a financial life saver, granting us the additional time and improved quality of life for our dogs. I put off enrolling for a long time, not wanting to assume the expense of the premiums month-over-month. After one of our dogs tore both of her ACLs and required back-to-back surgeries, we decided it was past time to enroll and help supplement future expenses as our dogs age. Within months of enrolling, we received our eldest dog's cancer diagnosis - a mast cell tumor followed by osteosarcoma just a few weeks later. Our coverage with Pets Best has allowed us to cover his 2 surgeries, multiple X-rays, and several chemo treatments - all expenses that we never would have been able to afford before and would have had to make a more difficult decision to alleviate his pain. We know we don't have forever with him, but pet insurance with PetsBest has helped us be able to afford the expenses to improve his quality of life for a while longer, granting us more time and memories together.
