“So far pets best has been great. The first claim we submitted was for my dog who ate a sock that claim took a bit to process but it processed eventually with no issues and all went towards our deductible. The 2nd claim we did was for our new pup and it was for a wellness exam and shots. That claim was processed in one day and the money sent to my care credit card. So far they have been reliable and fast and easy to deal with i am very happy with them so far!”

“Pers Besr has approved two claims for my Blanket a el3 year old Shih Tzu. They are prompt with their explanation of benefits and claim approval process. I never have to worry about when or if I’m getting reimbursed. That’s pet best”

“Way too long to reimburse, process claims. Do not reimburse well for preventative work, like teeth cleaning, which is very expensive, and eventually SAVES money over time, when you dont have to have your pets teeth removed. Have been serioously debating whether the cost is worth the effort with Pets Best any longer.”

“To be honest I am not satisfied with Pets Best it’s doesn’t cover much, I am paying $54/month. We only take the dog for his wellness check once or maybe 2 visits a year, if we add up what we oat in insurance verses what the vet bill is. We ended paying more in insurance than vet bill. For example we took him in for wellness check last week, we paid $460 and were only reimbursed $135 but I hav3 paid $648 insurance all year.”

“Pets Best has been very responsive and compassionate in my dealings with them. When your pet is injured or sick there's a lot to think about and to do. “Great Pet insurance and they were prompt to reimburse me for ALL Rex's medical bills. Unfortunately my Rexhad to have both eyes removed and I was overwhelmed with the bills But Pets Best made it smooth for me. I am so glad that I have Pets Best Insurance!”

“I’ve been with Pets Best for over 4 years, and they’ve been very easy to work with. My pup had a few emergency incidents, and Pets Best fulfilled their part. Reimbursement is quick and simple. Highly recommend.”

“I have been very pleased with the insurance and thier promptness of reviewing my claims and getting closure on the claims. I have had a fair amount of trouble with the web site and am still having some issues with being able to log into my account. I am not sure what that problem is as the call in help has not been been able to work it out either.”
