“They’ve really helped me take care of my rescue pup. It’s so nice to be able to play it safe and take him in for any concern I have. He’s developed allergies and I would not be able to afford his care without insurance. So grateful and thankful I signed up when I adopted my boy”

“I'm very unsatisfied with the service. It took almost 30 days to be completed and I still haven't received payment. Didn't mind taking my monthly payment on time. When you call the customer care center nobody even answered.”

“They did take over two weeks to get back to me but it’s understandable since it was my first claim since having them! They did send emails apologies for the delays. Overall great and they did cover my incident!”

“Answer your phones!!! Open your chat. Impossible to get someone to ask questions. Great reimbursements but I've had ??? and still have not been able to speak to anyone. Have a real human answer....your computer response is ridiculous!!!”

“At a time when facing a terminal cancer diagnosis the last thing you want to worry about is money. Thankfully my baby was covered and I only needed to worry about keeping my baby comfortable and pain free. I was able to consult with oncologists and receive the best treatment for her. I submitted the bills and was very surprised to receive payment with in weeks. Thank you Pets Best for making this difficult time seamless with coverage. Strongly recommend this company.”

“The communication is very poor. I attempted to reach out by phone on multiple occasions and each time I gave up after holding more than 20 min. I reached out by email and took nearly 2 weeks for a response. The claims process in general however is exactly as described. Coverage was clearly outlined.”
