I have a dog with allergies! Pet’s Best has been with us through a very trying time! They are the only way I could afford his treatments!

This is the first time I have purchased a health plan for my dog. I am very grateful that I did! We always hope we never need to use an insurance plan, but when it becomes necessary having a caring and compassionate team supporting your dogs recovery is appreciated.

I appreciate the coverage we have with Pets Best. Our lil' guy was diagnosed with cancer last year and the bills have been quite hefty. Pets Best has provided coverage througout our cancer battle. We just found out a few months ago, through a test that was covered by Pets Best, that our guy is now in remission and not showing signs of cancer on his scans. We appreciate the coverage and support from Pets Best. I always share our story with fellow pet parents and highlly recommend Pets Best.

I have been so impressed with the efficiency of the company's handling of the claims for my dogs. The explanation of benefits clearly lays out what they are covering and everything matches exactly what I was expecting to received when I purchased the plans. They cover prescription, illness and office visits as described. I couldn't be happier with the service!

An organization that really care and understand your needs. From the very first phone call they took care our bill and worked very fast to reimburse us for our two pets. Thanks isn’t enough.

When I first pruchsed this insurance it was priced reasonably. It has gone up 50% in three years. I will not recommend this insurance to anyone. Also, the technology of the app has been awful.

It takes a long time to get paid but I get paid. That’s what’s important. I couldn’t take care of my Ginger without them. I recommend pets best to everyone. They are reliable.

Easy to submit claims, some claims get approved quickly, others take much more time. The ones that take more time, not sure always why.

Very pleased with Pets Best! My puppy has had numerous visits to the vet, including a very expensive bout with Parvo, and PB was there for me every step of the way. I plan on being a lifelong member.

Very professional, knowledgeable associates. Claim processing time is good, and I do appreciate the facts that the very large claims are processed faster. I don't understand why the Sales Tax is not covered though, and I have been told that Trupanion covers Rx food, which PetsBest does not do. Unfortunately, those bills run up very fast, and it is too late for me to switch because of the preexisting condition. Trupanion also locks the premium rate in, but PetsBest does not, and the increases happen often.

I am very happy with this policy for our puppy! It covers wellness, accidental & congenital disorders. The payment back to your bank is prompt. I recommend this insurance policy to family & friends. The price is reasonable & hassle free.

I have not submitted to many bills for my dog. But my insurance premium just went up over $36.00 per month. This is getting crazy. I’m afraid of dropping the insurance. Fear of a horrible accident or illness. I had a previous dog who was born with an illness and didn’t have insurance. We paid a lot for his care, but wouldn’t have change a thing for the beautiful boy he was . He gave us so much love. Anonymous dog mom
