“I pay hundreds of dollars for pet insurance, and my plan states that required vaccines are covered. Yet after submitting a claim for a $500+ vet bill, the vaccines were not covered and only a small portion was reimbursed. This feels unfair and now requires me to spend time calling to figure out why. If I can't get a clear explanation, I'll be looking for a different insurance company.”

“I’m not happy with the coverages that I have at this time . It is not worth the money I pay to the vet versus what I am being refunded back and I pay monthly for this coverage. Looking not other options, will be canceling policy soon.”

“They rarely pay anything. It's time to look for a new insurance company to cover my 2 dogs. It seemed good in the beginning but now it's ridicolous and the processing time can be extremely slow at times.”

“I have been a policyholder for my two dogs for years. I have been happy with the benefits when I unfortunately need to use them for my dogs' care for illnesses or accidents. And benefits are paid promptly by being sent to my Care Credit.”

“My claims were all received and 2 have been paid. I know Pet's Best will review the remaining claims and pay any appropriate returns to me as soon as possible. Very satisafied so far. Thank you Pets Best InsurANCE.”

“I've been paying for this insurance coverage for my four dogs for YEARS. In the many years I've been paying for this insurance I have made only two claims. The most recent claim yielded me $0.00. I am extremely disappointed. I will seek another pet insurance company that is more reasonable with their reimbursement policies.”

“the website and app are pretty easy to use.. I've been a member a few years and never used it till this year. It's about 30 min wait if you want to talk to anyone. Customer support is friendly. Like most insurance, they want to find a reason not to pay out. Still not sure how some were denied but it's not worth the wait time to call and live chat is a robot, not a live person.”

“After using PB insurance for over 1O years I am so upset about the manner in which my paper claim is/was handled. It seems that it was lost in mailroom after it was sent RETURN RECEIPT REQUEST AND SOME EMPLOYEE SIGNED FOR IT. I’ve called numerous times. Same vapid answer. No help whatsoever. I’ve always sent mchethe clarity of my invoice and cc receipt both were BLURRY ON SCREEN. So I thought useless to send. Ten days ago I EMAILED claim with all info asked. NO RESPONSE. This was a claim of $450 +!!! At this point WHY SHOULD I REMAIN with Pets Best??? My dog has no pre existing conditions. I am currently investigating other pet companies. If you reply to this survey I will feel more positive about your reputation. Now I feel Pets Best is not what it used to be. I hope to hear from someone of authority who can provide answers as to why my claim has not been recognized.”
