Charlie got sick, had to euthanize him. Filed claim that was denied, filed appeal that was denied, filed 2nd appeal that was finally approved and I was reimbursed.
Am disappointed that I had to jump thru all those hoops to get paid. I had to point out that there was no diagnosis and that his pre-existing conditions had nothing to do with his symptoms. The vet wanted to hospitalize him and run more tests.
