“After many years of having pets, this the first pet I've had insurance and after two unexpected vet visits I received some money back - and that's with the $1000.00 deductible. It was very easy to submit the invoices and received quick responses.”

“We have been with pets best for years and have never had an issue, reimbursement time is usually within 2 weeks. The only thing that has us rethinking it is the yearly increase, up to 49% a year is a lot.”

“I was reluctant to get this insurance after reading some of the negative reviews It took me a good week to decide which company to go with I am so happy I went with Pets Best!! I got the wellness plan and glad I did! I only had the policy for a month and put in 2 claims for vaccinations exam etc with a new puppy I turned in my claim on 8/29~they seny my notification of reimbursement on 8/31!! Just 2 days! It was in my bank on 9/3!! Do not hesitate going with Pets Best They are the BEST!!”

“Not sure the Pet's Best insurance is worth it. Paying $78 a month and still not getting any money back from visits so far. Pharmacy rejected because it is not in formularly. Neuter procedure ($1,100) was covered at $150 due to "wellness" cap. Agents are friendly and helpful.”

“I’m so used to what a horrible experience dealing with insurance for humans always is, I didn’t expect pet insurance to be any better. Pets Best changed my mind. After my senior dog collapsed from internal bleeding due to a ruptured tumor, saving her life and her required aftercare were costly, to say the least. Submitting the claims was simple, there was no back-and forth, and they reimbursed me quickly. I was incredibly relieved that it wasn’t another stressful thing on top of an already incredibly stressful situation. As long as I have a pet, Pers Best has a customer.”

“We have been customers for three years. We haven't had any claims in that time Our recent experience with Pets Bests exceeded our expectations. Our dog needed an emergency surgery a week and a half ago. Unfortunately, we had to take him to the emergency veterinarian, which is out of state. The procedures cost just under $7000.. We submitted the claim on Sunday evening. Wednesday we received a message from Pets Best saying that our claim had been approved and that money was in route to our bank account. We are very pleased with how quickly this was processed. It brings us peace of mind to have this insurance.”

“Pets best has been wonderful. I've never had any problems with claims being denied. When my dog had to have surgery and multiple follow-up visits, they have always come through. I like the fact that you can choose the deductible and level of coverage. It's comforting to know that I don't have to worry about the money when making medical decisions for my pets.”

“Useless. I got the wellness plan (routine/preventative care), submitted my first claim ever, and the majority of my dog’s annual visit were not covered. I wish I had never gotten this insurance.”
