“Pets Best Pet Health Insurance gives me the peace of mind that all my pet's sick visits are 80% covered. At a cost of a little over a dollar a day, it is definitely good protection against vet bills that can be quite expensive for an injured pet. Filing a claim is easy using Pets Best's online website. They are quick to review the claims, and resond within a few days. Claim payments can be direct deposited, which is a huge convenience. I highly recommend Pets Best Pet Health Insurance for your pets health insurance!”

“I recently submitted a few claims with Pets Best for my cat. The turnaround time was very quick….7 days. The payment from Pets Best was deposited into my checking account….so easy! I am very satisfied with the claims submission process and Pets Best’s handling of the claims process. Happy customer and cat here!”

“Submitting claim was so easy. I submitted the claim on July 3rd and office was close due to 4th of July. My first thought was “OMG it will take a while for the office to review and it may be on first come first served basis. To my surprise, it was all resolve by Friday July 10th. My two cents, if all the required documents are submitted there’s no delays! It’s so nice to deal with an insurer that processes paperwork in a timely manner. Once I receive deposit I’m able to pay the credit card and not worry that I have to pay interest and I’m also happy my furry baby was taken care of. Thank you Pets Best!!!”

“My dog recently went to the emergency room and was hospitalized about 24 hours. I submitted the claim it was processed quickly with no surprises. This isn't the first time she's had to be hospitalized. Knowing I have Pets Best, helps relieve some of the stress”

“The process for submitting a claim was very easy and once it was submitted they kept me updated on the progress of my claim and everything was settled quickly. I highly recommend getting your pets insured because this would have been very expensive without insurance.”

“We have had a five-figure veterinary year -- two foreign object surgeries, along with a continuing gall bladder problem resulting in removal surgery. Not once did Pets Best hesitate to cover the treatment per the contract, and they were able to settle the claims in a timely manner so that we never had to panic over a credit card balance. We have had pet insurance coverage with two other companies, but neither of them were as responsive and efficient as Pets Best. When we lost a pup last year, we received a hand-signed sympathy card. Every time we can, we highly recommend Pets Best to fellow pet owners and veterinarians.”

“Illness Policy on kitten. Progressive Car Insurance bundle - 5% First claim process was a nightmare. Website, where you upload data, is difficult to use. Ended up being advised to repeat all information in individual emails to claim service desk. This was cumbersome but more responsive ... except for what they referred to as duplicate claims. Then was told I needed to produce proof of payment. I had in emailed claims. Repeated process. Have now received payments on claims with several denials of coverage. READ YOUR POLICY VERY VERY WELL TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS COVERED.”

“Incredibly grateful for our policy with Pets Best. Our dog just had a life threatening emergency that then caused a mix of subsequent issues, all of which were also life threatening. Pre-insurance our bill was $18K and it would’ve been much more difficult to make decisions for her without insurance.”

“I have had Pets Best insurance since my 5 year old dog was a little puppy, and it's been great. The reimbursement for wellness care is a little low since I live in an expensive area, but it's still been worth it, and the accident and illness coverage is a great value. It's easy to submit a claim and the reimbursements come quickly. It gives me great peace of mind to know I can get care for my dog without going broke!”
