Pets Best has saved my dogs life over and over .. he was dx w meninga encephalitis which requires chemo treatment and lifetime immune medication. They have covered everything for my dog . He was only 2 when dx. We used Pets Best for our last dog had it for 15 years and never used until the couple years before dog passed he got cardiomyopathy and once again they had covered all treatments. I would never use another carrier they are amazing .
