“Not happy my puppy is 7 months 1year Not to mention she was born 4/19/26 And I believe I’m being made to feel I got the wrong pet insurance for my pet litte miss Kay bleu I’m pay 101 a month and i keep getting emailed that her bite wound is still in process and her first wellness visit my out of pocket was 200 hundred dollar something dollars and your only going 1/4 of the bill my car warranty treats me better than my pet insurance so I am really beside myself with this company so your pretty much 60 on me on the $45 you are reimbursing me for he wellness i could go to petsmart get the same shot for cheaper. You not covering my puppies bill but will justify why you are taking 101 a month for coverage”

“I think Pets Best insurance is wonderful. The claims are reviewed and explained in a very reasonable amount of time and payments are made quickly. Whiskerdocs is free to the clienti, and I have found their help comforting and informative. The customer service reps are all very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Pets Best! I would highly recommend them.”

“Submitting claims is so simple, reimbursement time is fast. Pets Best keeps you informed every step of the way. If I am in doubt about something I just go ahead and submit the claim and they will let me know if I can claim it or not. I have had this insurance for quite awhile and they are always helpful and friendly”

“Terrible. I deeply regret getting Pets Best insurance. The website was down for a while, I’ve had to wait two months for an explanation of benefits, even when I’d include a vet report. And most of the time they barely reimburse me, spent $850 at the vet and got $100 back even though they were supposed to cover everything. Not sure why this insurance even exists. The live chat never works. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.”

“Great experience this time with a quick turn around time to get the EOB, basically I am paying my co-pay and the rest is coming back to me which is how insurance works. I am waiting for the payment but those can take time as just that's how banking works. Good experience Good coverage a notable improvement from previous engagements”
