Slow to process claims, App does not work, constant increases even if claims are not covered or paid, increase for moving 10 mins to another address, and msot things are not covered, and no ability to change my deductible.

This place had horrible customer service. They do not call you back or respond to emails. I’ve been trying to add my new pet for 3 months.

Pets Best processes claims and gets explanation of benefits out quickly, we've used them for the past 7 years for our dog, and have been happy with the company.

Very happy with insurance for several years. Not happy with the huge increase in monthly cost. Oldest dog’s premium DOUBLED for this year. I expect it to increase with age, but DOUBLE?!?! When you have 3 dogs with insurance and one premium doubles…ouch! I had to double the deductible just to get the price down so I could afford insurance for all 3 again this year. Adjusting the deductible still puts me at $570/mo. Processing claims used to be timely. Not anymore. It takes quite some time to get reimbursed, which stinks (especially when they are BIG vet bills). I have recommended this pet insurance to many. Along with the recommendation I prepare them for pricey premiums (this year’s increase was absurd) and not-so-timely reimbursements. Wait time to speak to someone can take some time also. Once I do get someone from customer service, it’s always been a good experience.

I’ve never had pet insurance before but lots of pets in the past. I decided to bite the bullet and I’m so so glad I did. Best Pets is so easy to work with. Claims are processed and paid so quickly. Thank you so much. I highly recommend.

This was the worst claim experience I’ve had since I’ve been a member. It took a long time because of some problem within pets best then I’m told that I can’t be prioritized because of that delay, and they will process my claim in the order received. Well, you received my claim weeks ago. On top of that, the agents were rude to me. The rates are too high and it’s ridiculous at this point and I’m thinking of canceling my policies with you. After waiting and waiting on a claim which was over $800, I am only being reimburse 150. Probably not worth it anymore.

Pets Best Pet Insurance keeps denying a medication that is listed as “covered” on the Covered Medication List on our policy. When I send the claims back for review, they do not respond to me. I have sent them multiple emails on this topic and they do not respond!!

Happy to approve claims until the deductible is met. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, there’s a reason the social media comments have to be turned off. Everything takes forever and you can never get a straight answer.

The people I've talked to when I had questions are great. They know their policy's and can answer all your questions. Their are friendly and very sympathetic about your sick pet.

I have been very happy with Pets Best. I did a lot of research before deciding on this pet insurance and have not been disappointed. They make it very easy to submit a claim and have good customer service.

Pets best has been such a blessing for me and my 2 cats when both of them have had health issues. They have never given me push back on any medical issues my cats had and have covered it per my insurance policy. Sometimes it may take a little bit longer for them to review it and issue payment but other then that I do like this insurance company a lot and would recommend to others.
