“Ok I purchased this insurance bc I had friends that had animals become ill and they didnt have coverage and it made me think that I never want to be in that situation with a steep financial land slide. I decided to purchase with Best Pets after doing some research. I had the coverage about 2 months, maybe and my dog became suddenly ill. She was diagnosed wth ITP. Treatment is long term. I started the process of submitting claims and although it was difficult at first we worked through it and now it seems to be a painless process with the claims. This is a stressful situation with our fur baby but they have helped ease some of the stress w some financial relief of her ongoing care.”

“I will say that this is some of the best pet insurance I ever had. It’s very clear when they pay out. When I first got them 2-3 years ago it was hard to submit a claim, they revamped that and a simple upload from my iPhone has made that process fantastic. They pay out exactly the way they say they will. And the explanation of benefits is very clear and completed in a couple of days of submitting. My only complaint would have been that his monthly rate went up $10 on my pets 5th birthday but for the last 2 years I have gotten more reimbursed than I paid in premiums so I’m keeping the rating at 5 stars. My vet is even impressed with them as they know my vet bill.”

“We've had some scary times at the Pet Emergency with our sweet little staffy. I can honestly say that having Pets Best Health Insurance has given us amazing peice of mind. We've been able to concentrate on the diagnosis and care options, without feeling terrified of the cost. Walking into any ER, pet or human without insurance is not a good option. Pets Best let's us focus our fur baby's health in the best possible way!”
