We have had our insurance with Pets best for 5 yrs. We has a sudden death of one of our dogs and spent thousands of dollars to save him. We had to reevaluate our idea that we would just pay the expenses as they came in, our dogs were pretty young at the time. We have been very happy with our insurance and the coverage. They are easy to deal with, easy to submit a claims, staff that I have spoken to are very good as well. Highly recommend them.
