“My dog is a brand new client. She had her annual physical four days after her wellness coverage began. I filed the claim a few days later and had the appropriate refund in my bank account in a matter of two or three days. It's also pretty easy to get someone on the phone if necessary.”

“I’m getting ready to cancel. I’m paying 100 and some dollars a month and every six months I get about $50-$70 back. I’m going to self insure hand interest on my money. Very disappointed.”

“They increase my premiums by 78% . Saying that it is the cost of doing business in California. Very disappointed that they would increase premiums by so much money.”

“I’ve been with Pets Best for 5 yrs now and I can’t say enough about their service and quick turn around for reimbursement for my vet fees. I just added another dog last year to my plan. Although none of us want to have serious vet visits, when you do it’s so nice to have piece of mind when it comes to the care of your pet. Thank you Pets Best!”

“Tried to get a claim paid and it took numerous calls over 3 1/2 months to get paid. In the end they paid $1,298. For a $4,600 bill. Said dental wasn’t covered if no cleaning was done within a year of the surgery.”
