“Pets Best Insurance lives up to its name. Its process for filing and processing claims is easy and quick. EOBs are easy to understand. Claim payments to the designated bank account makes tracking of the claim easy.”

“Pet Best is the best insurance for pets. When I file a claim, Pet Best process it promptly. I have never had a problem with Pet Best or with them processing my claim. If you need pet insurance, I highly recommend Pet Best. You want be sorry.”

“Great service and have always supported my dog's medical needs. I've had the more "emergency" focused plan and it's been great. I will say though: we moved recently from a higher cost of living place to a lower cost of living city... and our monthly rates roughly triped. That seems completely ridiculous to me - and we are definitely considering alternate options as a result.”

“I get very frustrated that the app doesn’t work. And when I go on the website, every single time I get kicked off. The last time, as soon as I submitted my claim I got kicked off and I didn’t know if it went through until I finally got an email saying it did. It’s just poorly done.”

“Just spent $588.00 at vet. Was reimbursed $185. Pay Pets best over $2700.00. You do the math.”

“This is the first time I've had pet insurance with any of my dogs. I've had pets best 10 years. Now that my dog Coco is older, it has been a lifesaver. She recently needed surgery and I'm so grateful that I have Pet's best insurance. I recommend it to all my friends.”

“I have had for a few years for my three dogs. My first claim last year took a lot longer than I expected, but was paid. This time around this year I have had three claims and big ones at that and they took less then two weeks and were approved with no problems. I’m thankful to have pet insurance and glad I found Pets Best. My policy has only gone up once, and I found compared to other companies it is completely fair.”

“Thinking about canceling as the rates just keep going up and the coverage is not very good. I would opt looking elsewhere for pet insurance. And when you call to talk with someone it is useless.”

“I’m very happy with Pets Best. When you have a sick pet, the last thing you need is a difficult, lengthy process for submitting claims. Pets Best couldn’t make it easier. Their EOB’s are also very easy to understand. I’m happy they are our pet insurer!”

“I never thought Pet insurance was worth it. I got Pets Best three years ago. We started out at $31 a month and it is up to $42 a month now for one 10 pound dog but my dog is always at the vet and they cover 90% of everything even it has refill medicine which is Aquel it’s $108 and I only have to pay10”

“Claims does not review all pages or clinical documents submitted with claim and denies causing the subscriber to have to sit on the phone for long periods of time to have a rep review the documents submitted which are complete with itemized receipt and clinical notes and then resubmitted for re review. Re reviews have gone unsubmitted and/or beyond the additional 30 days requiring the subscriber call back again to request a claims re review that should have already have taken place.”
