“My experience with Pets Best insurance claims has been variable. I purchased their rehab coverage and now have a dog who needs regular rehab due to arthritis. The claim process was smooth at first, but now they sometimes deny a claim that has the exact same procedures done as previous claims that were covered. When a claim is denied I have to call for a review and then it is most often covered in full. The incosistency with the claims process has been frustrating. I'm hoping this can be remedied.”

“The insurance and response to claims but the customer portal needs work. I started calling in February to report that I cannot access the portal to submit a claim. I have called a second time and was told that a trouble ticket was submitted. I still have no portal access. The only glitch in an impressive insurance program for our pet.”

“The coverage is great for my 2 dogs. I have not had any issues with claims (although sometimes a little slow). Website is pretty easy to use. Coverage can be modified to meet your needs. I would recommend you give Pets Best a try!”

“I have been very impressed with my coverage through Pet's Best. The process for claims and reimbursement is fast and easy. The only time a claim was delayed at all was when they requested additional records from my vet and determined I was eligible for MORE services to be covered than I initially claimed!”

“Unfortunately, you take way too long to review a claim and then you deny most claims. I started by paying $60 a month. I'm up to $170 for one dog. And the absolute worst thing about Pets Best is that you cannot preapproved a surgery. You have to lay out the money and hope Pets Best covers it. This does not work for some families as they do not have the money to lay it out and they might make the unfortunate decision to not give their animal the medical treatment it needs.”
