“Pets best has been wonderful. I've never had any problems with claims being denied. When my dog had to have surgery and multiple follow-up visits, they have always come through. I like the fact that you can choose the deductible and level of coverage. It's comforting to know that I don't have to worry about the money when making medical decisions for my pets.”

“Useless. I got the wellness plan (routine/preventative care), submitted my first claim ever, and the majority of my dog’s annual visit were not covered. I wish I had never gotten this insurance.”

“I explained over and over again my less than a year old puppy only saw one vet and yet they kept insisting they needed to collect records from another vet. Tried to ‘apologize’ for the delay. A typical ai response. This has happened multiple times and it’s getting old. If it happens again I’m going back to trupanion more expensive but at least I get a human response”

“Always had PetsBest and wouldn’t chose anyone else for pet insurance! The prices are fair for the age and breed of all my animals. Most importantly, setting everything up is super easy. Same with any claims I’ve submitted. All you do is send pics of any bills and if they’re approved (which I’ve never had a problem with) you get your reimbursement EXTREMELY fast…literally a couple days to a week after send the bills over to them I get my money back! We love PetsBest! ❤️”

“I am appreciative of the second operator I spoke with about the initial denial of this claim, who agreed with me that this should be covered. If you’re going to change the rules on how a claim needs to be submitted, you need to inform the policy holders.”
